Qualifications/Experience:

·     University degree in economics, banking or finance;

·     Extensive experience in financial sector development (MSME finance) 

·     Thereof at least three years substantial hands-on experience in (micro-) housing finance/ mortgage lending including mortgage product development, mortgage underwriting and servicing, related risk management

·     Experience in training of banking staff, ToT would be an asset

·     Working experience with different donors, e.g. KfW, ADB, GTZ, Worldbank required

Languages:

Strong communication skills; fluent English (oral and written); further languages would be an asset
